Are linen and towels provided?

Yes – all bed linen and bath towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

Is there air conditioning or heating in all rooms?

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating keeps the living areas and all the bedrooms comfy year-round. You can control the airflow to each room using the central touch-pad.

There is also a wood fire in the main living area that you are welcome to use however you will need to bring your own firewood. Bunnings in Busselton sells starter packs to get you going as well as a lot of the service stations in the area.

Is there Wi-fi?

Yes – free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Fibre to the premise ensures you can stream, work or browse to your hearts content.

Is there a TV streaming service?

There are two smart TV’s with free to air channels and streaming apps. You will need your to log into your own streaming accounts to use them.

Can I bring my boat?

Yes gated boat parking is available down the side of the property whilst still allowing room for 4 cars.

Is there a washing machine/dryer?

Yes – both, plus an iron and ironing board.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Yes, the back area is contained and fenced so pets are welcome with prior approval. We ask that pets are not brought into the house and that you clean up after them outside.
